Very easy. Geneva Airport and Grenoble Airport are both around a 3-hour drive away from Val Thorens, and shuttle services and private transfers are both readily available.
Is Val Thorens linked to any other ski resorts?
Yes. As part of the world’s largest linked ski area, the vast Three Valleys, Val Thorens offers excellent lift connections and ski runs that can take you directly into the resorts of Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires, Orelle, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, and Brides-les-Bains.
Can you go night skiing in Val Thorens?
Yes. Val Thorens hosts its "Péclet by Night" night skiing event on the Péclet Funitel every Wednesday evening in February. You can also ski the Tête Ronde and Christine runs under floodlights.
There’s also the chance to try night sledging at Val Thorens, with the Castor and Pollux mats open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
